Make This: Figo's Waiting on Spring
As we patiently wait for the seasons to change, Figo’s fizzy cocktail combines winter flavours with a lighter and refreshing taste reminiscent of spring. The alcohol-free recipe, created by head bartender Megan Ladouceur, is ideal for your Dry January entertaining.
2 oz cranberry compote (preferably Kitten and the Bear's winter cranberry jam)
1 oz cranberry juice
2 oz lemon juice
Top with ginger beer
Rosemary sprig for garnish
Mix all ingredients except ginger beer in a tall glass. Fill with ice and top with spicy ginger beer. Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
