Make This: Northern Maverick’s Winter Margarita
If you’re longing for the summer days of sipping margaritas, try this winterized rendition from Northern Maverick with smoky Mezcal and an aromatic sprig of rosemary to garnish.
Salt to rim
1 oz Tromba Blanco tequila
1 oz Sombra mezcal
1 oz lime juice
¾ oz simple syrup
Splash of cranberry juice
Rosemary sprig and cranberry to garnish
Rim a coupe glass with salt. Shake the first four ingredients with ice. Strain into the coupe glass. Slowly pour in cranberry juice down the side of the glass. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and cranberry.
