The Panasonic Slow Juicer makes it easy to drink your fruits and veggies. As you can probably guess based on its name, this juicer is designed to run at a slower speed than a typical juicer. Its slow motor powers a stainless-steel screw, which squeezes your ingredients to the max without subjecting them to the heat created by a high-speed motor. This helps to preserve the natural nutrients of your fruits and veggies, plus gives you the largest possible juice yield. Slow juicing also minimizes the amount of air that enters the juice, which means your juice won’t start separating into different layers if you leave it sitting for a few minutes after making it.
Like any juicer, this machine churns out unwanted pulp into a separate container. If you don’t want to waste this pulp, you can get creative using it to make jams or veggie broths. The Panasonic Slow Juicer also comes with a frozen attachment, which you can use to whip up sorbets using frozen fruit -- a healthy way to get your cool treat fix. Most of its pieces are dishwasher safe, while the juice and pulp containers stack inside each other for compact storage.
